For his own safety, Bader El-Din attempts to obfuscate his appearance when traveling throughout Beirut's southern suburbs and the surrounding environs. The preferred method of doing so usually entails wearing a baseball cap and sunglasses. With the exception of when he is indoors and in the company of his most trusted subordinates and peers, Bader El-Din rarely removes his baseball cap and sunglasses.

Bader El-Din's preferred look involves wearing a closely cropped beard and military style haircut, although he at times has shaved his beard in favor of wearing a goatee.
